Formaum is a founder-led AI automation studio in Vancouver, BC. We review the tools your business already uses, cut what isn't needed, connect or consolidate the rest and add AI so lead replies, onboarding, records and reporting run themselves, train your team and maintain the system.

What is AI automation?

It is software that does routine work for you: answering enquiries, following up, updating records and preparing reports. AI handles the parts that need reading and writing. Your team handles the judgement calls.

Do we have to replace our software?

Rarely. We start by reviewing what you have. We keep what works, cut what you don't need and connect the rest. Most clients end up with fewer tools, not more.
